About NetFile

NetFile was established in 1998 and was the first company to e-file a disclosure statement in California. Today, NetFile accounts for approximately half of all electronic filings of political disclosure documents and lobbyist statements in the State of California.

In 2003 we launched a new product we built using our expertise in electronic filing to enable local government to cost effectively set up their own campaign e-filing and administration systems. Many counties and cities in the State of California use this system.

In 2005 we launched another new product using our agency expertise to enable agencies to have their own administration and e-filing system for Statement of Economic Interests (also known as Conflict of Interest) Statements (FPPC Form 700). This new product significantly reduces the amount of time spent by agencies to track and maintain their statements of economic interests. Many thousands of FPPC Form 700 electronic filings have occurred with our county and city clients since the first e-filing made in 2006.

NetFile is headquartered in Mariposa, CA. Our Mariposa office also houses our support group to provide immediate response to any of our clients' needs. We also have a satellite office located in Fresno, CA.
